What you can expect during an office visit

Our office is warm and inviting, with a central focus on optimum wellness. It is easy for new members to feel comfortable and confident in our service right away. We know your time is valuable and we strive for every visit to be as quick and as efficient as possible.

Initial visit

Once in the office, you should wait no more than 10 minutes before you are seen. Please bring any necessary documentation depending on your specific reason for using care such as insurance cards, identification, and if you were in an unfortunate ‘car accident’ please bring your claim number and police report.  Your first visit will last approximately 40 to 60 minutes.

From there you will be given a tour of our office and introduced to Dr. Nguyen.  A neurological and orthopedic exam will be done. If required, spinal X-rays will be needed to help us evaluate your body's level of health and your specific condition. Dr. Nguyen wants to make sure you are receiving the best care possible.

Second and following visits

This visit includes a complete report of what the Doctor found. The report of findings is completed by evaluating the information obtained from the first visit. We invite and encourage spouses and loved ones to accompany our new members during this process. During your visit, you will be shown your health and specific conditions which includes an explanation of your exam and X-ray findings. Every patient treatments is unique in its own way, it may be modified and custom tailored to meet your expectations and personal health goals.

Appointments during this visit are typically 15-30 minutes. An explanation of the chiropractic adjustment and then your adjustment is given. We'll re-evaluate every so often to make sure we're on course and can make changes at any stage of the way if your goals change. Our goal is you keep you in track and educate you on preventative health.
